El Borbollón Coffee Benefit - From Bean to Cup Tour

El Borbollón is a coffee benefit located in Santa Ana, where we open our doors to share the journey of coffee from its arrival from the farms to its final expression in the cup. Through a guided experience, visitors closely learn about the key stages of processing and the work behind each batch of coffee. During the tour, processes such as cherry selection, washing, fermentation, drying, and quality control are explored, understanding how each decision influences the sensory profile of the coffee. The experience combines technical learning, observation, and connection with the origin of Salvadoran coffee. The visit concludes with a tasting of two coffee specialties, where visitors can discover aromas, flavors, and characteristics developed throughout the process. An experience designed for coffee lovers, travelers, and curious individuals wanting to know the world of coffee from the inside.
