How do I book an experience on Turs?
Open an experience, choose the date and number of people, and confirm at checkout. Some experiences confirm instantly; others need the host's approval, and the host has 48 hours to answer. You always complete the payment yourself at the secure checkout, whether you book on the website, in the Turs app or through the Super Agent on WhatsApp.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). You pay by credit or debit card, or with the digital wallets shown at checkout, through authorized payment service providers. Turs does not store your card numbers.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
You receive a full refund only if you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking and, at that moment, the tour is still 7 days or more away. If either condition is not met, the cancellation does not generate a refund. If the host declines or cancels, you always receive a full refund. Date changes are not offered: to change the date, cancel under these rules and book again. Refunds go back to the same payment method you used.
Can I book through WhatsApp with the Super Agent?
Yes. The Super Agent is the AI assistant of Turs, available in the website chat, in the app and on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. You can ask about experiences, book as a guest without creating an account and manage your own bookings there; the payment link always takes you to the secure checkout. In which languages is Turs available?
The website and the app are available in English and Spanish; use the language switch in the navigation. The Super Agent replies in the language you write in. For the legal documents, the Spanish version is the master version.
How do I become a host on Turs?
Apply through the host application form and get approved by the Turs team. You will be asked to verify your identity and, to receive payouts, to register a bank account in El Salvador and pass bank verification. Once approved, you create your experience with photos, itinerary, prices and location, and Turs reviews it before it is published.
